Product Pricing and License Information

Software License

Micro-Dyn Medical Systems' software products are licensed for use on a single PC for a period of 1 year. A serial number will be provided to validate the annual license. Multi-user and site licensing options are available. Contact Micro-Dyn Medical Systems, Inc. for more information.

Updates

• All applicable product updates are provided at no additional cost during the annual license period.
• DRG, ICD10 and PRICERActive reimbursement updates are released each October.
• APC assignment and reimbursement updates are released quarterly.
• Provider file data updates are released quarterly.

License Options

There are two license options for Encoder-Plus For Win10:

• Personal Desktop License - This license allows full interactive processing capability with batch data file input limited to 50 cases per input file. This license is designed for individual users with some batch input capability for workload distribution.
  

• Enterprise Integration License - This license allows full interactive processing capability with unlimited batch data file input. This license is designed for an enterprise application where Encoder-Plus is the primary DRG and APC grouping and reimbursement tool and is interfaced to other systems for volume DRG/APC processing using the data file input/output interfaces.

Encoder-Plus For Win10:

• Personal Desktop License: an annual license fee per single user/single PC. Multi-user discounts are applied for three (3) or more copies of the software at the same company/facility.
  

• Enterprise Integration License: licensed for internal use based on the size of the installation (number of covered lives and/or claim volume).

Component Software Products

Micro-Dyn component software products are licensed based upon usage.

• For a single site installation, like a health plan, hospital, or university component software products are licensed for internal use based on the size of the installation.

• For a Software Developer including a component software product in a software package for distribution to an end user, a distribution agreement is required. Terms: an initial license fee and a per-site fee for each component product.
